Cats aren’t generally known for being particularly helpful around the house, but in Cat Pipes: More Meow, they’re relying on you to keep things flowing.
This charming hand-drawn puzzle game is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, with each version priced at £4.19.
Developed and published by Tribus Games Indie, the idea is wonderfully simple: rotate a collection of pipes to guide warmth from a central source to a room full of sleepy cats. Connect everything correctly and you’ll be rewarded with a room full of glowing, purring felines. What’s not to like?

Pipe Dreams And Sleepy Cats
Across 51 handcrafted levels, you’ll need to work out the best routes through increasingly complicated pipe networks. Early puzzles ease you into the mechanics, but things gradually become trickier as portals, multiple cats and more elaborate layouts enter the picture.
The goal never changes: connect the source to every cat in the room. The challenge comes from figuring out how to make the plumbing work, particularly when portals start bending the route in unexpected directions.
We Played The Original Cat Pipes
We took a look at the original Cat Pipes and came away with a 3/5 score. Our review found it to be a neat little puzzler, offering a pleasant way to while away an hour or so, although its limited scope meant there wasn’t a huge amount beyond that initial appeal.
As we said at the time:
“Cat Pipes is a neat little puzzler that will allow you the chance to while away an hour or so, an evening perhaps if you get stuck on the odd puzzle. But that’s about all you are going to get from it. Is that enough to warrant a £4.19 asking price? Quite probably, and it’ll no doubt be cheaper than those treats you are stuffing in your face as you play…“
It’ll be interesting to see whether Cat Pipes: More Meow builds on that original formula with its 51 handcrafted levels, portals and more involved routing challenges.

Cat Pipes: More Meow is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace, with no countdowns or pressure to rush through a solution. Its cosy artwork and relaxing lo-fi soundtrack provide the perfect backdrop for a little head-scratching.
At £4.19 per version (optimised for Xbox Series X|S, playable on Xbox One, or for Windows PC), this looks like a pleasant little distraction for puzzle fans and cat lovers alike. With 51 levels to work through and plenty of sleepy residents waiting for their warmth, there’s a satisfying amount of feline plumbing to get stuck into.
