YouTube Music is now available on Garmin’s latest Fenix watches

• YouTube Music is now available on the Garmin Fenix 9 and Fenix 9 Pro.
• The wearable app lets subscribers download content for offline listening.
• YouTube Music has been available on other Garmin wearables since 2024, but the Fenix 9 series is only recently compatible.

Garmin’s latest Fenix 9 and Fenix 9 Pro fitness smartwatches launched in August. The watches have a lot to offer, including three different size options, new stamina tracking features, and, in the case of the 9 Pro, a titanium case and OLED display. They hit the market with a strange omission, however: YouTube Music hasn’t been compatible with the Fenix 9 series, despite being available on Garmin’s older watches. It looks like that’s finally changed.

As spotted by Gadgets & Wearables, Reddit user gloomwind shared that the YouTube Music app is now compatible with the Garmin Fenix 9 and 9 Pro. The app lets you download music to your watch, which you can pair with Bluetooth earbuds to listen on the go.
