Sometimes an MMORPG needs to pause between content releases to regroup and take stock of how all of the classes and systems are doing. That’s what Dungeons and Dragons Online is up to this month, as the fantasy MMO kicked off the first preview of Update 82 and a “major balance pass” that’s on the way.

In addition to those changes, SSG is adding a new feat called “Lock In” that gives you extra melee power for your Strikethrough on a two-handed weapon. “We expect that there are other trees and abilities out there that need love, but we (sadly) don’t have time for absolutely everything in this pass (or much beyond what’s listed here),” the studio noted on the patch thread.
